Fine art prints and framed posters usually need up to 7 working days to be fulfilled and shipped and delivery times depend on carrier used and your location, see individual item’s description for details.

Original paintings: Italian fine arts export department requires the original art is shipped with specific documents for customs so please allow 2/4 weeks to ship original artwork OUTSIDE ITALY*, this procedure allows a smooth and fast delivery, avoiding delays due to customs issues. Once all documentation is ready, original artworks ship with express courier (UPS/DHL or similar) and it usually takes 2/3 days to be delivered to destination.

*Within Italy, original artworks are shipped within 7 working days.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


You shall be entitled to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The revocation period shall be fourteen (14) days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier have or has taken the goods in possession.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us of your resolution to revoke the contract, such notice to be made by way of an unequivocal declaration, we’ll provide a sample revocation form which is, however, not mandatory.

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.

Returns and exchanges happen at customer’s own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by customer). If any items arrive back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund. Please ship your item/s back with insurance.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost return.

Please contact us at before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the email.

We will provide you the return address and we only accept returns delivered at the given address. If the return is sent to a post box, the return will not be processed.

Returns from outside the EU: Please make sure to fill out the correct paperwork so that the package will not get stuck in customs.

The return shipping cost is the customer’s own expense.

As soon as we receive and register your return, we will make a refund to the payment method you used for your order and send you a confirmation.

Follow return instructions and then simply place a new order. In this way, you will receive the wanted item in the fastest way possible. As soon as we receive your return, you will be refunded and receive a confirmation.


We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way. If your order for any reason or in any way arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem. Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send them together with other relevant information about the claim to adding your order number in the email.

We always offer to send out a replacement for damaged items. We do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped, we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead.

Remember to note your order number in the email, too.


If you decide to withdraw from your order, we will refund all payments received from you, (including the cost of standard delivery) no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of your decision to return the products. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.

Returned products must be returned in the condition in which you received them: the returned products must be in their original packaging, complete and unused; all labels and other marks on the product must be intact; no use of the products other than what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature and characteristics and to decide whether you wish to keep them is permitted. If you fail to comply with the above and the value of the product declines as a result, we may hold you liable for such decline in value. is entitled to deduct an amount from the amount to be refunded, which corresponds to the depreciation in value of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent such depreciation in value is due to purchaser having handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its function or characteristics.

You shall pay for the return shipping costs and are responsible for the condition of the product after you have received it/them and during the return shipping.

Any additional shipping costs due to you choosing another delivery than the standard delivery offered are exempted from refund. Upon return of part of an order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will make a refund to the payment method you used for your order and send you a confirmation. We’ll send you an email to notify you that the retunrd items have been received and we’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned goods are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days.
